We understand purchasing online can be challenging.
At Sassy we will offer a credit note for purchases that are not suitable or a refund, if you prefer, on your purchase if the item is faulty or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. The item must incorporate all original packaging, including label and tags, shoe boxes and dust bags.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
